This Back to Basics steam canner is made out of a quality aluminum construction.
This allows the canner to heat quickly which reduces canning time. You will only need
3 pints of water to get the steam you need to can your fruits or vegetables. You can
easily fit seven quart sized jars or seven pint sized jars into this steam canner.
Steam canners are lighter than pressure canners because of the aluminum design.
The cover of this Back to Basics canner converts into a 15 quart kettle. The base and
rack convert to make an ideal roaster.
